Red Line Tutors uses personal data to provide tutoring-related app features: account access, chats, lesson information, notifications, support, and payments.

Data we process

The app may process your name, email address, phone number, role, chat messages, attachments you choose to send, lesson reports, balance information, payment order information, device push token, and support requests.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the tutoring service, authenticate users, connect students, parents, tutors, and administrators, send push notifications, process support requests, and display lesson or payment-related information.

Photo library access

If you choose to send an image in a chat, the app asks for access to your photo library so you can select a photo and send it as a chat attachment.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account from the Support screen in the app. Deletion removes the user account and profile access from the service.
